ABOUT LUCILLE KALHS
I first found pilates when I decided to try a class to relieve the chronic pain that I was experiencing. After my initial session I felt not only the immediate pain relief but also lighter, leaner and more balanced. The feeling kept me coming back and began my passion for this form of movement. As a result I noticed that over only a few sessions I felt stronger and my figure was the most toned it had ever been without the usual exhaustion that often follows other training methods.

I continued dedicating myself to this practice throughout the years (including before, during and after two pregnancies) eventually becoming a qualified pilates instructor. Supporting you on your wellness journey by sharing this form of movement and lifestyle is at the heart of my signature pilates method because I know how powerful it is. Whether you're at an introductory level or more advanced or even pre and post natal this method offers something for everybody. I will provide the fundamentals of pilates with you and then build upon it with more challenging repertoire for a sustainable transformation seen on the outside and felt from within.
